Reason for reporting: Still uploading copyvios after two blocks in 2020, latest is a Getty Images photo of Oswald Mosley with a fascist badge edited out.

Looks like yet another alt history Redditor who uploads (real or edited) political photos and maps in order to make a fictional infobox and take a quick screenshot of the preview to share on Reddit, leaving the fake/copyvio images on Commons for others to clean up afterwards, if we notice them. In a 2020 unblock request they explained that Images added for private use to use for graphics. This was rejected, so they had to wait a month, instead, before they could use Commons as a private web host again. (Do we have a shortcut essay for this type of alt history user? @Ganswin: How did you think you were advancing those goal by claiming to be the author of a Sun Records label from the 1950s, and dating it as something brand new on the day it was uploaded?

It looks like almost everything you have uploaded so far involves a false claim of "own work". I'm personally not going to block you at this time, though I won't stop any other admin from doing so. I strongly recommend that you read COM:THIRD before attempting any further uploads, and even one more similarly bad upload in the near future will certainly lead to a block. I've marked some files for deletion review, fixed up a few where it was just matter of stating date, authorship, and license correctly, but there are still many where something like that should be done that I did not get to. 25 minutes of my time toward cleaning up one user's uploads is about all I'm willing to put in right now.   Looks like a mix of some useful edits (especially some extractions of individual images from group photos) and rather dubious other uses of CropTool. I don't have time to look into this now, but someone certainly should.
